Once a package leaves our shop, we are unable to control how it is handled by the carrier. Please verify your shipping address is correct at checkout before submitting your order. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly submitted addresses. Customers are responsible for paying any reshipping charges associated with a package if an incorrect shipping address is entered at checkout.

You have 7 days from the date of delivery to initiate an exchange by emailing us at email@example.com with your order number and images documenting the damage to your planner.
Variations can occur during the printing process. These characteristics do not affect the usability of The Early Childhood Education Planner and are not considered damaged.

Currently we offer Priority Mail shipping with delivery confirmation for all orders. We love the speed and lower cost of shipping using the US Post Office.
Choosing Priority Mail gives you a faster shipping time and includes detailed tracking on your package. If your package is lost, you are able to file a claim with the USPS.
